AmeriGas Propane Raises Regular Quarterly Distribution 5%.

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), have declared a partnership distribution of $0.74 cents per limited partnership unit, payable May 18, 2011 to unitholders of record May 10, 2011.

The annualized distribution will increase to $2.96 per limited partnership unit from the current $2.82 per limited partnership unit, representing a 5% increase.

AmeriGas Partners is the nation's largest retail propane marketer. UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) through subsidiaries owns 44% of the partnership and individual unitholders own the remaining 56%.
